Sue has been training since 1991 and in that time has trained over 500 winners, including Listed and Group 3 winners and has won many country cups along the way.

In 2020 Jason became co-trainer with Sue and currently they have Sir Sway leading the way for the stable winning a couple of Listed races in the last 12 months.

During COVID they bought a property in Murray Bridge where they are lucky enough to access the great training facility at the Murray Bridge Racecourse. Sue and husband Bruce based at Murray Bridge, while Jason has stayed on the Naracoorte farm giving them a two base operation.

At the Naracoorte base, the horses have the luxury of larger yards and paddocks to roam around so as they can relax and freshen up if needed and can be trained away from a racecourse.

The two base operation gives the stable lots of flexibility to strategically place their runners. The Murray Bridge base means that the travel time to Adelaide and and provincial tracks is convenient while the Naracoorte base is closer to the Victorian tracks which they frequent when needed.

Sue says: "At the moment the stable are going through a rebuilding process with our horses and have many 2yos that are coming through the ranks which hopefully provide us with loads of fun. We've also been breeding a lot of our own horses and have had success with them along the way.

We would love to have some new owners join our stable and enjoy success with purchasing a share in a horse or two!"
